Please be aware that customs duties and taxes are not included in the shipping fee or order total and will be applied by your country’s customs based on the shipment value.

Returns and Exchange
Ropa Brand accepts returns and exchanges within 14 days of purchase, subject to our discretion. Refunds are provided as store credits only. To initiate a return or exchange, please email help@ropabrand.com Return Criteria:
- Item in original packaging
- No signs of wear or washing
- Undamaged tags
- No stains, hairs, or odours
Items not meeting these criteria may be returned to you at your expense. Processing time for returns is 2-4 business days for Nigerian orders and 10-15 days for international orders. For defective, incorrect, or damaged items, please email us with photo/video evidence within 14 days of delivery for an exchange. Before ordering, consult our size chart to ensure the perfect fit. Exchanges are not available for sample sale or final sale items, worn or stained products, or items purchased with a gift card. Shipping costs for exchanges will be charged to your account.
